Premier Wall's Address in Reply to the Speech from the Throne took place November 4th. As is the parliamentary tradition, the Premier's remarks concluded debate on the Speech.
The Speech from the Throne was read by His Honour, Dr. Gordon L Barnhart on October 22, 2008. The Speech opened the Second Session of the 26th Saskatchewan Legislature.
